This page explains the analytics tools we use today, how we manage future feedback submissions, and what happens when we embed third-party content.

Analytics

We currently run Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymisation to understand aggregated behaviour. The codebase supports Plausible, but the script is disabled unless we explicitly configure it.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising and shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may use your prior visits to this and other websites to show personalised advertising. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, and manage what runs here through our cookie preferences. Where consent is required, advertising cookies are only set after you give it.

Feedback data

We currently do not run contact forms. When future surveys or feedback forms open, responses will be encrypted at rest and purged once actioned.

Cookies

Core site functionality stays cookie-light. Any optional experience that requires cookies will ship with a clear opt-in preference centre.

Third parties

Interactive embeds (maps, videos) may reference partner policies. We never sell or rent personal data and only embed trusted providers.

Children

This site is written for parents and carers planning family visits. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
