Le Fleury is a Viking and fantasy-themed family amusement park spread across 23 hectares of nature at Wavrechain-sous-Faulx, near Valenciennes in the Nord. It mixes two roller coasters with a set of Norse-themed thrill rides and plenty of gentle attractions for younger children.
Park Highlights
Rhaegal - The Fleury's family roller coaster (which replaced Imoogi in 2022). Accessible from 95cm accompanied by an adult.
Aircraft - A junior roller coaster for first flights. Children from 90cm can ride with an adult; 1.10m and over can ride alone.
La Carotte - A 7-metre family drop tower. Over 90cm accompanied by an adult.
Norse thrill rides - La Catapulte launches riders 24 metres up in under a second, alongside L'Epee d'Odin (drop tower), Le Marteau de Thor (pendulum) and Le Drakkar (Viking longboat). L'Epee d'Odin, Le Marteau de Thor and Le Drakkar need 120cm with an adult (130-140cm alone). The park does not publish La Catapulte's height limit online, so it is listed as "height not listed" - check on site before queueing.
Family & Gentle Rides
6 of Le Fleury's attractions carry no height restriction or only need an adult alongside, including La Warotte gondolas, pedal boats, mini-golf and the Fleurby Express train. Le Valeron dragon ride, Les Chopes d'Egill spinning tankards and Le Bayou Express open from 90cm with an adult, and the Tiny Carrousel and electric mini-karts from 100cm. Le Cocoon is an indoor soft-play area reserved for children under 1.10m.
