> 2025 refurbishment: Flamingo Land closed for the whole of the 2025 season for major refurbishment and reopened on 21 March 2026. During the closure the Lost River Ride was rebuilt — a boat ride past African lions and an exclusive UK cape fur seal exhibit, announced as "Lion Coast", though the park still lists it as the Lost River Ride on its own ride restrictions page. It requires 122cm to ride alone, or 99cm with an adult.
