Isla Mágica is a theme park on the Isla de la Cartuja in Seville, built around the Age of Discovery and split into six themed areas. This guide covers its 27 rides, play areas and the 4D cinema, with the height rule the operator publishes on each attraction page. Agua Mágica, the water park next door, now has its own separate ticket and its own guide on this site, so it is not included here. Two moored ships, Carabelas and El Galeón, are left out because their pages list no ride and no rule.
Height Restrictions Overview
Each attraction page on the official site lists "Estaturas permitidas" (permitted heights), often with an age rule underneath. A typical entry reads "A partir de 0.9 m. Hasta 1.2 m. deben ir acompañados por un adulto": the ride opens at 90 cm, and children from 90 to 120 cm need an adult, so a child can ride alone from 120 cm. Some pages give only the adult range ("Hasta 1.1 m. deben ir acompañados"), with no minimum, and a few list a maximum height.
- 3 attractions list no minimum height: Carrusel Mágico and La Travesía need an adult up to 110 cm, and Rueda Primavera up to 90 cm.
- 17 attractions have a minimum height below 100 cm, most with an adult.
- 20 attractions are open to children under 110 cm.
- 23 attractions are open to children under 120 cm.
- 24 attractions are open to children under 140 cm.
- 1 attraction has a 140 cm minimum with no adult option: El Desafío.
Nao Vigía and Tutti Frutti list no height at all, only age rules. They are shown as "height not listed" and are not counted in the totals above. Maximum heights apply on a handful of rides: Topetazú (140 cm), Crisálida, Caimán Bailón and Los Náufragos (150 cm), El Desafío (192 cm) and Jaguar (205 cm). The park rules say that height is measured with shoes on in the theme park, and that children under 14 must enter the park with a responsible adult. The operator's ride rules (https://www.islamagica.es/normas-atracciones) add that proper shoes and a covered torso are required on every ride, and that wet clothing is not allowed on rides except Anaconda, Iguazú, Rápidos del Orinoco, Los Náufragos and ¡A los cañones!.
Height Categories Explained

These rides open at 85 cm. Topetazú, the children's bumper cars, takes children from 85 cm alone, with a 140 cm maximum, and children under 2 cannot ride. Height Not Listed
Nao Vigía, the tethered balloon (extra charge), and Tutti Frutti, the water-spray play tree, publish no height rule. Nao Vigía requires an adult for children under 12, and one adult can accompany up to 2 children under 12; the balloon's own site (globodesevilla.com) also says children up to 90 cm do not need a ticket. Tutti Frutti is closed to children under 4, has a maximum age of 10, and does not allow a bare torso or going without shoes. Check the sign at the entrance.

Ticket Pricing
The official prices page lists the 1-day Isla Mágica ticket online in advance from €24.90 for General (130 cm and over) and from €20 for Infantil/Sénior (90 to 130 cm; seniors are 60 and over). At the box office on the day the prices shown are €39.90 and €28.90. Children up to 90 cm get in free. Advance prices vary by date, so the "desde" prices are the lowest. This ticket does not include Agua Mágica; combined tickets for both parks are sold separately. The operator has its own large, supervised car park; the only price listed is the online-only Barqueta car park at €12.90, and the general car park price is not shown.
Getting There
Isla Mágica is on the Isla de la Cartuja in Seville, with its main entrance at the Rotonda Isla Mágica (41092), about five minutes' walk from the historic centre across the Puente de la Barqueta. By car the operator points to the SE-30 ring road and the SE-20. City buses C1 and C2 stop at the park gate, and from Santa Justa station line C2 runs to the gate; from the Plaza de Armas and Prado de San Sebastián bus stations the operator lists line C3. The operator's contact address is atc@islamagica.es.
Opening Hours
The official calendar shows the park open on selected dates, with hours that vary by day, and with full-day, afternoon and evening sessions on some dates. Rides close gradually from an hour before the park closes. Check the calendar for the day you plan to visit, as hours can change.
Final Thoughts
For families, the numbers that matter at Isla Mágica are the adult-accompanied ranges: 3 attractions have no minimum height, 17 are open to children under 100 cm, and many children's rides need an adult up to 120 or 130 cm. Jaguar starts at 130 cm and El Desafío at 140 cm, both with no adult option. Height and age rules are listed on each attraction page and may change, so confirm them on the day.
