Tibidabo is an amusement park on the Tibidabo mountain above Barcelona. This guide covers its 30 rides, shows and play areas, with the height rule the operator publishes for each. The park also has an Área Panorámica (the viewpoint level), and its attractions are included here. Exhibits, rooms and walk-throughs with no height rule are not: the Letras de Barcelona installation, the stereoscopic-image exhibition, Espai dels Somnis, Espai 666, Hotel 666 and the CreaTibi workshop room.
Height Restrictions Overview
Each attraction page on the official site lists "Puedes subir" (you can ride), "Puedes subir solo con acompañante" (you can ride only with a companion) and, for some rides, a range that cannot ride. The operator also publishes a height chart (Alturas atracciones Tibidabo) showing, in 5 cm steps, where each ride is open, open with a companion, or closed. The ride pages and the chart agree, apart from Tchu Tchu Tren and Dididado, noted below.
- 13 attractions have no minimum height. Fonts Interactives and Marionetarium are listed for all audiences, and the others, such as Carrusel, Globus and Rio Grande, are open at any height with a companion.
- 18 attractions have a minimum height below 100 cm.
- 22 attractions have a minimum height below 110 cm.
- 26 attractions have a minimum height below 120 cm.
- 28 attractions have a minimum height below 140 cm.
- 2 attractions start at 140 cm with no companion option: Merlí and Beyond.
Several attractions also list a ceiling: guests of 140 cm or more are not admitted on Alaska, Llits Elàstics, Mini Hurakan and Pony Rodeo, guests of 150 cm or more on TibiCity, and guests of 195 cm or more on Merlí. The operator's park rules add that visitors under 13 may only enter the park with an adult, and that a companion on a ride needs the park wristband.
Height Categories Explained
No Height Restriction (13 Attractions)
Fonts Interactives (a free-access water-fountain play area) and Marionetarium (a puppet theatre) are listed for all audiences. The rest have no minimum height when a child is accompanied: Carrusel, Tasses, Rio Grande, Miramiralls and Museu d'Autòmats list a companion for children under 90 cm, and Pony Rodeo lists one under 100 cm. Globus, Castell dels Contes, Avió and Tchu Tchu Tren list a companion under 120 cm. Dididado's ride page gives only a recommended minimum of 90 cm, and the operator's height chart allows younger children with a companion. Children can ride alone from the height shown on each page: 90 cm for Carrusel, Tasses, Rio Grande, Miramiralls, Museu d'Autòmats and Dididado, 100 cm for Pony Rodeo (guests of 140 cm or more are not admitted), and 120 cm for the others. Tchu Tchu Tren's ride page gives 120 cm, while the 2026 height chart and the 2025 park map give 105 cm; the stricter 120 cm is used here.

Ticket Pricing
Tibidabo prices its one-day park ticket by the visitor's height. The official tariff page lists the General ticket (over 120 cm) at €39.00 and the Júnior ticket (90 to 120 cm) at €15.50. Single-parent and large-family versions are €31.20 and €12.40, the senior ticket (over 60) is €11.70, and a ticket for people with functional diversity is €7.80. The page lists the free ticket (entrada gratuita) for children under 90 cm, TibiClub members and Tarjeta Rosa holders. That gives three height tiers: under 90 cm free, Júnior (90 to 120 cm) €15.50 and General (over 120 cm) €39.00. All tickets include the Cuca de Llum funicular and the TibiBus shuttles. The operator's map also groups visitors into four height bands: 0 to 90, 90 to 110, 110 to 120 and over 120 cm.
The pass for the emblematic attractions and the Área Panorámica is €21.50 (€11.80 for 90 to 120 cm), and a single emblematic-attraction ticket is €4.00. The annual TibiClub pass is €68 for an individual and €190 for a family. Parking at the summit costs €18 a day, and the operator's Vall d'Hebron car park is €4.20 a day for non-members.
Getting There
Tibidabo is at Plaça Tibidabo 3-4, 08035 Barcelona. The operator's main route is the Cuca de Llum funicular from Plaça Doctor Andreu, included in every ticket. The TibiBus T2B shuttle, included with the ticket, leaves from beside Vall d'Hebron metro station, where the Vall d'Hebron car park is, and the operator lists a third route from Plaça Kennedy. You can also drive to the summit car park at Camí de Vallvidrera al Tibidabo 49, which the operator recommends booking at least 24 hours ahead. The phone number is +34 932 117 942.
Opening Hours
The park is open on selected dates: weekends and holidays in most months, and Wednesday to Sunday in July and August, with some extra days listed in the calendar. The Área Panorámica is open most days from March to December. Hours vary by day, so check the official calendar for your visit. The operator may change hours or close the grounds in bad weather.
